Notes

• Each Turnitin AI check uses a fixed number of credits.
• Results are typically returned within 5-10 minutes, depending on current system usage.
• We use non-repository mode, so your paper will not be added to Turnitin’s database.
• We recommend checking the final or near-final version before submission.
• If a scan fails, credits will be automatically refunded.
• When the Turnitin AI score is 20% or below, the result is shown as *%.
• The AI highlight feature is only available when the result is shown as *%. If the AI score is above 20%, AI highlight cannot be used. Generating AI highlight costs the same credits as one Turnitin AI check.
