Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the Service

TurnitinPass provides pre-submission Turnitin AI checking, AI humanization, AI highlighting, and related assistance tools. The service helps users understand AI risk, improve writing expression, and review work before submission.

Turnitin, Turnitin AI, and related names belong to their respective owners. TurnitinPass is an independent service platform and is not the official Turnitin LLC website, a university system, or an educational institution.

2. Academic Integrity

You are responsible for following the academic integrity policies of your school, course, instructor, or institution. TurnitinPass does not encourage, support, or authorize plagiarism, contract cheating, improper submission, or any academic misconduct.

AI humanization and manual humanization are intended for language improvement and pre-submission risk reduction. You are responsible for deciding whether to submit, how to cite sources, and whether AI usage must be disclosed.

3. Detection Results

• Results are for pre-submission reference only and are not a final decision by your school, instructor, or Turnitin.
• Different institutions, courses, and Turnitin settings may display or interpret results differently.
• AI score, similarity score, AI highlight, and reports may be affected by document format, system load, third-party API status, and other factors.
• When the Turnitin AI score is 20% or below, the result may be shown as *%. AI Highlight is only available when the result is shown as *%.

4. Non-Repository Mode

TurnitinPass uses non-repository mode for detection. Your paper will not be added to Turnitin's comparison database or treated as an official school submission.

To provide history, report downloads, order troubleshooting, and customer support, the platform may store necessary task records, report files, processing status, and account-related information.

5. Credits, Payment, and Refunds

• Credits are usage units within the platform and are not cash balances.
• Turnitin AI Check, AI Humanizer, AI Highlight, and related services consume credits according to the rules shown on the relevant pages.
• AI Highlight costs the same credits as one Turnitin AI Check.
• If a detection fails due to a system error, the corresponding credits will be automatically refunded.
• After a successful top-up, original-route cash refunds are generally not supported. If a system issue is confirmed, credits will be refunded first or handled according to support confirmation.
• Once manual humanization has started, cancellation or refund is generally not supported.
• Completed checks, humanizations, highlights, manual processing, or delivered reports are generally non-refundable.
• For abuse, false disputes, violation of these terms, or abnormal payment behavior, the platform may refuse refunds or suspend the related account service.

6. User Content and Authorization

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the text, documents, and materials you submit. You authorize TurnitinPass to process such content as needed to provide detection, humanization, report generation, history, and customer support.

7. Service Availability

We try to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose. Third-party APIs, networks, payment channels, and maintenance may cause delays or failures.
